3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the rights to use any content you process through ClipZap
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with YouTube's Terms of Service
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier includes 5 clips per month at 360p resolution
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using ClipZap. ClipZap retains ownership of its platform, technology, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClipZap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
